The Resort's recent $14M renovation included total makeovers to the 157 guest rooms and suites, public space and 18,000 square feet of beautiful and versatile meeting and event facilities. Altitude offers an unregimented, non-stuffy upscale casual dining experience where diners feel not only welcome but actually at home in comfortable surroundings. Using the very best and freshest products and ingredients – many of which are locally and/or organically grown, re-texturing "ordinary" foods and making them truly extraordinary, and incorporating avant-garde preparation techniques are among the culinary team's major focuses. Seasonally-open Mallards Cafe & Pub is a culinary retreat sporting scenic views from indoors and on the patio. The Spa at The Resort at The Mountain feature treatment rooms plus separate steam rooms for men and women. Services include massage, specialized skin care, treatments for two, manly spa rituals, hand and foot nourishment, and transformational body treatments. Specialty spa products by Dr. Alkaitis are available. Among year 'round on-premise outdoor activities are 27 holes of awe-inspiring golf (The Courses), an 18-hole putting course (The Greens), swimming, tennis, championship croquet, and lawn bowling.
