While Coastal Hotel Group is a “fees for services” business model, occasionally CHG accepts consulting projects. The primary areas in which Coastal Hotels consults include feasibility studies, creative brainstorming for new projects, operations reviews, sales and marketing diagnostics and strategic planning. Potential consulting projects represent revenue opportunities from enhanced marketing and/or rebranding and efficiency opportunities from focused management. Additionally, properties that require significant capital improvements and/or rebranding or repositioning as well as those with operating performance significantly below the competitive set will be considered.
